I know Donald Trump is wealthy and I think he didn't accept his $470,000 salary the last time he was president, but if I was him, I'd take that money this time. After all, the government has spent 8 years forcing him to spend tens of millions of dollars in bogus legal cases. He needs to recoup a little of this money.

I agree. Reimburse him a little for his legal fees. Don't we still have a postponed verdict to deal with?

the only other president who didn't take a salary was Hoover. The 1929 crash did him in. Could be the same scenario now.

Trump's large victory - which we all know should have been larger - highlights how preposterous the official narrative was after the 2020 election. In that election, Joe Biden - who was getting routed in the early primaries and campaigned from his basement - was said to have received an all-time record number of votes.

The Brownstone article I referenced in today's article reminds readers of some of the nonsensical details of this election. For example:

"In 2020, President Biden won Wisconsin by just 20,000 votes. The rejection rate for absentee ballots plummeted from 1.4% to 0.2% as 1.9 million of the state’s 3.3 million voters cast absentee ballots.

Similarly, Elias led lawsuits to defend dropboxes in Pennsylvania. In 2020, President Biden received 75% of the 2.5 million mail-in ballots and won the state by under 100,000 votes. "

I read that Trump has indisputable evidence to prove the 2020 election was stolen. I hope it all comes out because only that will expose the evil machine behind all the corruption. People are waking up finally, and that helped guarantee this year’s election results. I hope he decides to fully investigate & push for indictments for those guilty of election fraud from 2020. it will finally vindicate his “ stolen” election claim. Truth wins! 🇺🇸

Anyone with a few hours of time, plus reading a few analyses, such as Mollie Hemingway's book, with this election results, should come to the final and irrefutable conclusion that 2024 was 2020 without the illegality and evil.

It sure sealed it for previously skeptical me.

Lets say "Eliasocracy" is now on the ropes. It needs to be finished off. Trump needs to act fast, decisively, and hammer the law mercilessly if necessary.

P.S. Is it just rumors or is Jack Smith being kicked to the side of the road?

I have never felt more patriotic in my life than I do today--not even after 9/11 (and I was the poster girl for red-white-and-blue and participated in a giant "human flag" to fundraise for victims). I'm also not especially religious, but last night (this morning) at 3:30 AM, I dropped to my literal knees and prayed in overwhelming, weepy gratitude. I know it's not over--and HELL YES to the private security--but I'm more hopeful than ever. ;)

Jenna, I really want you to rethink your “religious” stance because if you don’t think what we witnessed was a miracle, I don’t know what is. It’s not about RELIGION, ( though I like that Trump uses that word) it’s about a relationship. You have the faith, you’re so close. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Love God, and love others. Simple.

Jesus came to be like a liaison between God & people. He is a living God & HE died so we could live forever in heaven. Here’s the thing..

You still with me? This is sooo important!

His love for you is indescribable. It’s Huuuge.

( Trump might say.😂). Seriously, if you could look through God’s eyes & how He sees you, you’d get it.

Bottom line, you don’t have to be “ religious” to ask Jesus to forgive your sins & ask Him to live in your heart. He’s just waiting for you to walk through the open door. Do it today! I think he’s giving us some time ( with Trump), to add more & more to the “going to heaven for eternity” list. I’m not sure why the quotes there, but you get the point. 💕

C.S. Lewis wrote a lot on this subject but my favorite is “ Mere Christianity”. I hope you read it. There’s a spiritual war happening right now & I think lots of prayers helped Trump win last night. It’s the only thing that globalists truly can’t compete with. But, boy are they trying. Jenna, don’t wait. We need more spiritual warriors to push back against evil. 😇

Pray that President Trump is surrounded and protected from the evil that has been trying to destroy our Constitutional government! Time to clean house and kick out the culprits! With RFK Jr cleaning up healthcare and Elon Musk eliminating the inefficient bureaucracy, and President Trump defusing the war machine, truly it will be a new Dawn for humanity!

I'm so happy for you guys! When things settle down a bit, perhaps you could invade us? It probably wouldn't even require violence.

Many of us would be happy to be Americans.

Seriously, I'm thrilled how it turned out - scared half to death when Pennsylvania wasn't called for so long - but it all worked out.

Well done, America!

If Trump followed the constitution he would have little to do since presidential authority, as well as legislative, derives from that slip of paper, recorded by statute, as one of the founding documents of the US. However Congress enabled a Titanic sized hole to develop through delegation of authority in areas where it really has no authority, via the creation of departments and agencies that it placed in the executive branch. So by executive order, and the only proper use of such, Trump could trim back or disband entire agencies for example, the Dept. of Education, and turn their role over to each individual state.

In regard to polling Bill, it is worth noting that both Vegas and the British bookmakers had Trump winning this thing from Spring until election day. He was the favorite all along. Instead of the MSM polls, interested parties should just check with their local bookies concerning who is favored to win.

A cursory review of the Dems on twitter has revealed an encouraging sign that bodes well for the future elections-the encouraging sign is that they have little or no inclination for self-reflection, no desire to think about what happened in any analytical manner. Instead, the loss is blamed on the stupid voters, and the hurling of insults continues apace. They have learned nothing, and the old playbook of insults and demonizing will likely continue.

The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) is an agreement among a group of U.S. states to award all their EVs to whichever presidential ticket wins the overall popular vote in the 50 states.

Will Illinois and the other Blue States honor their commitment or remove this joke requirement from the books?

Oh my Bill, you've outdone yourself. Best copy I've read on the net today and brother, I've read everything from Substack to Real Clear Politics. Those people with Trump Derangement Syndrome, the highly educated, highly moral and class guilt-ridden are in full crisis mode today. All this analysis, the proverbial "post mortem" on the dead candidate is so funny to me. What the Dems need, honestly, to help the country, is some real self-awareness at their own agenda.

They demonize and rail about Trump, the inhuman man that can't see the "human cost and anti-morality" of sealing the border while polls show Trump increasing his popularity with Latinos? Trump increased his popularity with black men but he's a racist?

Either the Donald Trump of 2024 is a completely different person than the DT of 2020, or those 2020 election results begin to look even more questionable. As ol' Abe said, "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and you can fool all of the people some of the time, you can't fool all of the people all of the time." Looks like the show's over and the "people" have spoken. Let's get America back to work, let's shake the chains off Lady Liberty and fly high.

This isn't 2016, Trump knows what governing requires. No rookie moves this time, no putting the wrong people in places of power. Damn, I'm excited about the future...

Trump did "increase his popularity" with blacks and latinos. Not by very much though. But it really doesn't matter since the White vote won't win another election in 4 years or perhaps a little more like it did this time. Demographics is destiny. White people will be a minority in a relatively short time.

You obviously missed my point completely Wilson, which is that the IDEALS that brought Trump this victory are mutating towards areas of the population that were once solid Democratic strongholds. Black men and Latinos, and I work with these men, are seeing through the holes in the Democratic party platform. All this talk of Transgender Identity is a dead end subject for most working people. A working man sees the money he’s earning losing its value, sees criminals pouring over the southern border, sees lawlessness being condoned in big cities and says, “I don’t like that. That’s not what I’m about. I’m not voting for that.”

Yesterday’s election confirms everything I’m saying…

I understood your point completely. I don’t know the exact figures but the Black and Hispanic vote for Trump was something like a 5 or 10% increase. Usually Blacks vote democrat about 90%, Hispanics 60 %, you can probably correct me but I think those figures are about right. The White vote is what got Trump elected. I know very well the Hispanic side, having been a Border Patrol agent and growing up on the Southern border. My only experience with Blacks is in the military and there weren’t many in the units I was in. My point remains White people are being replaced and aren’t reproducing so demographically race will change the character of the USA. Just like once any given area reaches 15% muslim, that area will be majority Muslim.

Jeffrey W Massey's avatar

Agree completely with you raw racial and cultural data, but the spirit of the Trump movement, the spirit of freedom that defines America will remain intact within all these cultures. They will vote their conscious, not their ethnicity, in my opinion.

That is the point I dispute, that all these groups will have a natural inclination to vote against “whitey,” or “the man”. To somehow branch out into their own, unique political movement, which is exactly your point stated another way.

Yes the racial diversity of the candidates will change, but as these new ethnic groups emerge they will assimilate into society the same way Italians, French, Japanese, Poles, and other groups have mixed together.

The Jewish community is a GREAT example. Once, almost completely a Democratic voting block, they have changed course to a large degree and many are now Republican.

All people, regardless of race or cultural norms, want a peaceful and prosperous place to live and raise a family. While we may disagree slightly, I agree that you may very well be right and there could be a wholesale “changing of the guard” so to speak. But I don’t think that will happen.

Expand full comment
wilson's avatar

I hope you're right. What I see is that there isn't that much true assimilation now. With greater numbers that will get much worse. I remember in Denver aka Mexico City of the Rockies during Cinco de Mayo all the Mexican flags and this was years ago. People are tribal in nature, that's why there are China towns, Korea towns, Black and Hispanic neighborhoods etc. That's why Black guys associate with Black guys and White guys associate with White guys in the military. Yes, Europeans and the Anglosphere assimilated. Based on my experiences here and in third world countries to include muslim countries, people from these countries won't. Concerning jews I will remain silent as I am instructed.

I completely agree with your assessment of “everyday life,” but a nation without a national identity will cease to be a nation pretty fast.

Only 150 years-ago a large segment of Americans banded together and said they wanted to start their own country and have their OWN IDENTITY. That little experiment ended with tens of thousands dying and half the nation in ruins.

That same thing will happen again before we just break into little segments of America that sit around and bicker.
