It’s not hard to identify numerous conspiracies. For example, it is clear to everyone with a still-functioning brain that …

- Anthony Fauci and a group of his sycophant public health allies conspired to push the “natural origins” theory and discredit or stifle investigation into the “lab-leak theory.”

- As I’ve perhaps documented more than any other independent journalist, copious evidence exists that a novel virus was making millions of people sick months before the “Wuhan outbreak” of December 2019. A conspiracy was clearly required to cover up this crucial and concealed evidence.

- The virus was NOT deadly to 99.9 percent (or more) of people infected by this virus, a fact that was covered up or concealed by hundreds of conspiring organizations that must have known this.

- Masks were not needed to slow the spread of the virus or save lives - which the example of Sweden proved.

- Ivermectin and HCQ were not deadly or harmful therapeutics. However, a highly-coordinated conspiracy was employed to make everyone think they were.

- The vaccines were definitely not “effective” at stopping transmission or spread, a truth that was ultimately admitted even by Pfizer executives… but not before a massive conspiracy was utilized to ensure everyone that a lie was the truth.

- “The pandemic of the unvaccinated” was a massive lie, a campaign which was coordinated and required a massive number of co-conspirators to promulgate.

- Excess deaths exploded after the roll-out of the vaccines, a fact that is still taboo to mention in the MSM. This required a massive “conspiracy of silence.”

- The fact no official agency or investigative journalism organization will investigate the embalmers’ clots strongly suggests another wide-spread conspiracy.

… It’s just as easy to identify conspiracies that don’t involve Covid issues/lies. (See additional Comment) …

It's hard to know what happened because we can't trust the "experts", so in the end, I relied on what I was saw. I agree with all your points but one. I never saw illness before the shots. I work in the hospital and was moonlighting different units trying to get hours because there were no patients.

It could be where I live in CO, the sun and air promote less disease.

Come on; suggesting use of ivermectin for anything in humans advocates suicide. Just ask Jack Dorsey and Elon Musk!

Isn't the whole "novel virus" thing also highly dodge? Apart from the whole sector of people questioning actual virology itself*, my understanding is that this particular "virus" was merely a shifting iteration of earlier versions that had already been circulating for years. One of the seminal articles which really helped my understanding of the lie that was being perpetuated, was an incredibly useful and in-depth article** by Julius Ruechel, where I came to understand the miracle of cross-reactive immunity and our adaptive/innate responses. This blew my mind, because it really brought it home to me that we are in a perpetual dance with our pathogens, shifting and adapting with them all the time. Any policy, therefore, which advocated for the disruption of this important immune-building exercise, via lockdowns and isolation, was dangerous. Any talk of diseases being "novel" was also probably highly suspect. Any attempt to replace our perfectly-honed immunological responses, via imposed 'vaccine" interventions (in this case, bald gene tampering) was never going to improve on nature itself, or ever have a chance to keep up.

At any rate, my whole attitude towards the vilification of conspiracy theorists these days, is to cheerfully announce on every possible occasion, that I am one - and unapologetically so. I have a few pithy prepared insertions that I have honed, which I know taps into people's unease about certain matters - and I hammer them through before breezily continuing with my day. I just don't care any more. Let them try and berate or laugh - to be honest, much of the time I meet with quiet nods or overt support and approval. People aren't stupid. They're wising up to the manipulations. It's important to let them know that they are not alone in their disquiet.

(*I haven't had the stomach to start parsing through the whole "viruses aren't real" conversation yet, but have put a place marker there, as my official mantra these days is "question everything".)

Conspiracies not involving Covid ....

- Russia did not rig the 2016 election via a series of Facebook posts or by “hacking” election machines … or Donald Trump did not win the 2016 due to any activities of the nation of Russia. Still, for years, this was THE accepted narrative, which could only have become so via a massive conspiracy.

- Every federal law enforcement agency - and the MSM - conspired to protect clients of Jeffrey Epstein and very possibly conspired to cover up Epstein’s murder.

- Joe Biden suffers from ever-worsening dementia, which was covered up by every White House official and most members of the MSM for years - via another (massive) conspiracy of silence.

- Dozens of “intelligence” experts - and most MSM “news” or organizations - conspired to cover-up the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop.

- Evidence of election manipulation in 2020 was covered up by myriad agencies and the MSM, which qualifies as another conspiracy.

- Officials conspired to produce the narrative that Muslim terrorists were responsible for the post 9-11 anthrax attacks. This significant “false flag” event had to involve the participation of many actors, which would prove a “conspiracy.”

- A protest at the Capitol on January 6, 2021 was labeled a violent insurrection when none of the alleged insurrectionists were armed and nobody was killed by the protestors. (Members of Congress conducted business on the evening of January 6). This J-6 false narrative was created by a massive and continuing conspiracy.

- Another conspiracy, still not honestly investigated, covered up the existence of the people who planted pipe bombs in Washington D.C.

- According to another “authorized narrative,” Russia blew up the Nord Stream pipeline, which it uses to sell natural gas, an act which would be non-sensical. Still, this narrative was widely shared and endorsed by intelligence agencies, which common sense says could only happen via another conspiracy of implausible lies.

- For the past decade, the annual inflation rate has been only two to 3 percent, which numerous metrics (like McDonald’s prices) prove is ridiculous. A conspiracy - involving many actors - exists to under-report real inflation.

... Many other conspiracies could be identified and I trust my readers will add to this list.

See the term "Conspiracy Theory" as a flag for an ad hominem attack. Generally there will be no supporting information.

The effect is the same as many other epithets used to delegitimise an opponent: "Racist", "Nazi", "Far Right" and so on. Keep hunting for the actual truth underlying the accusation, but good luck. The intended and intentional use of the phrase is to terminate any reasonable discourse. It is also convincing to low information auditors (who do not read!)

The narrative controllers also created the pejorative label "gold BUG" to smear or ridicule people who believe in "real money." This narrative protected the "magic fiat printing press," which allows our rulers to create as much "money" as they need to continue their control operations.

I'm a not Muslim, and don't consider myself a terrorist, but officials conspired to produce the narrative, I be responsible for the post 9-11 anthrax attacks. Supposedly I stole the spores, and in August took them to Princeton or somewhere nearby, where I gave them to an accomplice for mailing.

Happy new year, Bill.

Funny, for me, for the past several years, Brownstone Journal has been the most seriously grounded site out there. I cannot say I agree with each and every word published there, but in general I would describe the writers as well-informed experts offering well-written essays for serious readers. Nonserious readers, they're the ones still swallowing the lies and crap on mainstream media and ignoring the reality that's smack in their face to instead play highschool-level status games of who's "good/ in/ cool/ pious" and who's "bad/ out/ uncool/ heretic."

Expand full comment

Thanks, TB. Brownstone is replete with very serious writers and thinkers. And these writers came from all political or ideological backgrounds. What they share in common is a natural skepticism of the authorized narratives and a genuine desire to search out the truth. I appreciate the support Brownstone has given me and everyone that is able to financially support this organization, whose influence has grown remarkably in just a few years. That tells me there is a demand or hunger for the type journalism and research being done by these writers. This also explains why so many powerful forces are now trying to discredit or harpoon Brownstone.

Bill can you muscle the brownstone guys into publishing jessica hockett's painstaking research on the ostensible 26k nyc "covid" deaths in spring 2020 that probably didn't even happen? https://www.woodhouse76.com/p/2024-in-review-most-viewed-posts

I've read a good bit of commentary on our Brownstone writers commentary thread about Jessica's work. Most Brownstone writers applaud her contrarian research and think it's a topic that needs further review. I think Jessica has gotten sideways with some Brownstone leaders due to her strident views and criticisms of Brownstone. It's still unclear to me if Jessica believes there was no novel virus. My research showing that far more Americans were becoming "sick" in the weeks and months before official Covid doesn't seem persuasive to her.

Still, speaking for myself, I'm intrigued by her research into NY City "Covid deaths" and her hypothesis that these deaths were somehow artificially inflated.

I wish we didn't have these fights between groups and writers who largely share similar views.

Anyway, I haven't lobbied for the webmasters at Brownstone to run Jessica's pieces. I've mentioned her work many times and correspond with her often and I haven't been punished by Brownstone for these references.

Awesome piece

I see conspiracies everywhere especially when people get caught lying.

Then again when I share a conspiracy theory it’s really just a spoiler alert.

I have seen all these conspiracies over the last now FIVE years. Diamond Princess was the first aha that hit me. Today I wonder if even the small number of deaths reported then were the truth. I do not believe any government numbers about ANY subject any more. The issue that haunts me nowadays is the why.

Are the liars in charge truly trying to kill a bunch of us??? I cannot come to grips with the evil behind all of the lies.

Expand full comment

I've written some about the Diamond Princess "take-aways," but should do even more. You are right, the number of passengers who allegedly "died from Covid" on that ship is very suspect and still not definitive. What is definitely known is that nobody under the age of 70 died in this outbreak ... and no crew members died.

Also, there was never antibody tests conducted on every person (or any person?) who was on that ship. This could have easily happened. In other articles, I've noted that the Navy and CDC only did antibody tests on crew members of two ships in the U.S. Navy fleet.

Why not test every crew member of every ship for antibodies in March or April 2020? If the crew members were told they have to give some blood to "advance science," they all would have done it. (98 percent of them got the vaccines they were told they had to get.)

IMO the Navy and CDC didn't require these tests because they would have shown huge percentages of positive results (just like the other two AB tests that were performed) ... which would have been hard to explain given the official narrative that Covid didn't really begin to "spread" in America and the rest of the world until late February 2020.

In my quest to identify more conspiracies, I always look at the things that didn't happen, but should have happened.

Good thoughts! Any rational, common sense thinking person is a “conspiracy theorist”, it appears. Everyone else believes the Emperor wears clothes!

Expand full comment

Like President Biden does NOT suffer from dementia.

The narrative is/was that our Emperor DOES have a fully-functioning brain ... when every clear-thinking observer knows that he does not.

Expand full comment

People need to believe the world is rational. So when the government issues official stories that feel implausible (because they are), people make up their own theories.

The fact that many of these theories keep turning out to be closer to the truth than the official stories sends our rulers into fits of rage.

That, at least, is satisfying. We must take every opportunity to ridicule and mock our rulers. It's what they fear the most.
