Cutting-room floor text ...

When President Biden was "elected," he and his spokespeople pledged that his administration would be the “most transparent” in U.S. history.

It has, of course, been the least transparent in U.S. history (as a mountain of ignored requests for important Covid documents amply confirm).

By now, members of Congress must be completely use to government agencies they fund and supervise blowing off requests for documents or information.

Sen. Ron Johnson has repeatedly said he can’t get any answers on his Covid questions or, if he does belatedly receive some requested document, the document has hundreds of pages of redacted pages.

***

In watching Tucker Carlson’s two-hour plus interview with Vladimir Putin, I was not the only person who wondered why President Biden hasn’t done a two-hour sit-down interview with any journalist.

Bobby Kennedy is eager to accept any interview request he gets. (Most are from alternative media podcasters) and, with no notes, Kennedy talks cogently for hours at a time on 20 different complex subjects.

Most Americans are probably like me and think President Biden would humiliate himself within 15 minutes of any similar interview.

I agree. He couldn't go 5 minutes without saying something that gave away his dementia.

I should say I normally have great sympathy for any person with this terrible disease ... but not for him or his family ... or the THOUSANDS of people who are covering this up.

If Biden had to give all taxpayers back $100 of taxpayers $$ for every gaffe he made within the first 5 minutes of an unscripted interview, we likely could solve the national debt.

I betcha - all the "betting places" to steal folks hard-earned currency - just like the lottery does - I betcha - there are bets on the number of minutes before he makes his first delaware dementia mistake - not sure who the judge on that would be - be hell yeah - if there is betting on everything from college hockey games to horse races (by the way - Preakness happens later today), I betcha there is a bet on how long it takes dementia delaware dimwit to make his first debate mistake - what you want to bet on that - and seriously - is it worth it - betting ones life away?

Odds now seem to be about 50-50 on that.....but I'd just assume do something worthwhile with my time.....

The reason I keep writing stories on "Biden has dementia" is I'm hopeful that more people will make the connection that if our "trusted" officials lie about A, B and C, they are almost certainly also lying about D, E and F.

Also, the "watchdog press" knows which scandalous stories they should not investigate or expose. Every journalist with a brain must have known for years that Biden suffers from dementia ... that gets worse every day and week.

This story - if fully revealed - would provide more undeniable evidence that all the important organizations are completely captured ... and should thus not be trusted. But my efforts to make this point aren't taking or resonating with enough people.

FWIW, there are countless stories that could also be the "truth bombs" that caused people to reach this conclusion. For example, the Epstein sex-trafficking and blackmail story - if fully reported - had the potential to produce the same effect and, maybe, drain a large portion of the swamp.

There are scores of stories that cannot be reported - not just because of details of the specific scandal - but because of the more sinister conclusion that would flow from these bombshell scoops - again, every important organization is completely captured.

“ that if our "trusted" officials lie about A, B and C, they are almost certainly also lying about D, E and F.”

The next question is for how long have they been lying to us?

And the follow up question is have ‘handlers’ always run the executive branch as well as the rest of our democracy?

Biden also declared during his time running for office that “If elected, the buck stops here. There will be no excuses and no blaming”.

If course the exact opposite has been the outcome of almost everything that has crossed his desk.

This shows the progression of Biden's dementia. I love Thomas's term "collaborationists." What really disturbs me with this story is my understanding of how many people must have collaborated to cover-up this obvious mental decline.

Glad you enjoyed the article.

The US under the Five Eyes intelligence structure is a much, much bigger problem for Australia than the commonwealth. We house the US' largest NSA drone strike facility at Pine Gap. I could not even begin to list the military hardware we have here which includes HAARP facilities. Basically, every comm. that goes to the ME is relayed through Pine Gap. Every person the US kills in the ME via remote drone strike is killed by an Australian or an American sitting in Australia.

The US DOD even armed individual states during covid (see article - 1. News: US DOD stockpiling weapons in Victoria). https://vicparkpetition.substack.com/p/february-2024-substack-muster-and

I suspect (but cannot prove) that some of the gear was used on protestors in Melbourne, and that some of the troops were either US Marines (already here on permanent rotation) or Serco. The troops that fired on civilians were patchless and used body armour that people did not recognise and they had their faces covered. They did not speak but did not look like 'us.'

Anyway if you want to know more this is a good article: https://vicparkpetition.substack.com/p/theatre-of-war-australias-covid-response

Theatre of war: Australia’s covid response was a joint US military domestic terrorism operation.

One of the most startling things I found is that an Australian Commando was in charge of your US domestic clandestine operations in Tampa as well as US NATO. He then came back and ran the Australian covid response.

Enjoy (I guess).

Yeah, your final sentence captures the entire essence of the situation.

Long post below.

TL:DR

The privilege claim is completely bogus.

The House should hold Garland in contempt, have him arrested and put him in jail until he complies.

They should also use the Holman Rule to systematically and expansively defund the DOJ.

Politico deserves some credit here and no doubt filed the FOIA because they have excellent lawyers who know the privilege claim cannot withstand legal scrutiny.

In the end, the gutless House and compromised Speaker may succeed with a contempt finding. But they won’t do anything about it. .

In my view, the privilege claim is not supported by the law or the facts. As a general rule, the privilege right comes into effect when revealing the information would impair governmental functions. There is no impairment.

Well there is, but the impairment is Bidan’s brain. And that doesn’t pass the test, cognitively or as it relates privilege.

Amphetamine half life is 9-10 hours. So when they pump him full he can (barely) muddle through a 60 minute speech. But by the time hour 3-4 of the interview came along I’m betting the deterioration was massive. And that is likely what they can’t allow the public to see…the extent to which is energy, cognition, speech, memory, and overall mental acuity deteriorated as the hours wore on.

Good for Politico. They are obviously biased beyond belief. For them to even recognize what a scandal this is provides some measure of amusement.

If the GOP had any guts (which of course they don’t) they would hold Garland in contempt for defying the subpoena, give him 48 hours to release the material. If he refuses the House can then call upon the Seargant-at-Arms to arrest Garland, bring him to the floor of the House where he is made to answer for defying the subpoena by the Speaker. If he still refuses to provide the material he then can be subjected to whatever punishment the House determines is appropriate. Including imprisonment.

And that is what they should do. Hold him in contempt. Give him 48 hours or face the consequences, and let him know that he is more than likely to end up in jail. There’s a jail in the Capitol basement for a reason. If it was used more often, as it should be, Congress would find the executive branch much more cooperative.

Alternatively, they could hold him in contempt. Have him arrested and brought before the House. Give him 48 hours under threat of an expansive use of the Holman Rule. The expansive use would be defunding him, members of his staff, Jack Smith, basically they could, if they had any guts, literally shut down 75% of the DOJ operation.

Or, they could do both. Which is what they should do. But of course they won’t.

Lastly, I’m not convinced Bidan has the actual authority to assert privilege over these recordings. None of this is a secret, there is a transcript, there was public testimony, there are no national security interests at stake and no criminal charges will be filed, and it is clearly in Congress interest (as they consider a Bidan impeachment) and the public’s interest (as they consider the upcoming election) to have the material.

The House lawyers need to carefully read the language in Trump v Thompson. There are some nuggets in that decision that could potentially be bent back against Bidan’s privilege claim.

In the end, the privilege claim stands on extremely shaky ground. Politico has great lawyers and I’m betting they had this discussion prior to filing the FOIA. They know, and the House should know, the requested material is not likely to survive a legal challenge on privilege. Of course, with a gutless House and a clearly compromised Speaker, Garland knows he can just run out the clock.

Thanks. Attached link is a short read re: Executive Privilege.

The 2nd link is a long read, but for those interested in the legal history of Executive Privilege, it’s a decent read. It’s from the Cornell Law Review so you need to keep that in mind in regards to their conclusions on the use of privilege. But even they admit that the litigated history of privilege claims is very thin and the determination of when privilege can be claimed is not clear.

Which essentially means POTUS always has the upper hand because once privilege is claimed, Congress has 100% of the burden of trying to undo the claim…and that means a long protracted court battle.

There is no definition or mention of Executive Privilege in the Constitution. Article 2.S2.C3.2.3. contains the specific language that courts have used to find and define the scope of Executive Privilege. But the language has as much to do with privilege as the ‘right to privacy’ has to do with abortion.

There are also a very limited number of court cases that deal with EP in relation to disputes between Congress and the Executive Branch. Privilege assertions have been around since the early days of the Republic. But for the most part they were limited in use, and generally utilized to protect members of the Executive Branch…in other words used by the President to protect subordinates from revealing communications between themselves or with the President. But, beginning with the Eisenhower administration the claim of privilege expanded and shifted from protecting presidential or executive branch interests to protection of the President himself. And with every POTUS since Eisenhower claims of privilege have increased.

And that is exactly what we have in the current situation. Bidan’s assertion of privilege has nothing to do with Garland directly, he is just the tool being used. Bidan is asserting privilege to protect himself.

You know that is a very very real possibility. I knew an elderly lady, so very lovely in her younger years taught children at a local public school for eons but developed dementia and I personally heard her screaming the N word (among many other foul things) up and down the nursing home halls. She would be so horrified at what was coming out of her mouth if she had any control of the "reins". Point being it is actually a very common occurrence for the dementia patient to say obscenities that they normally would never say. I can't imagine how bad it would be for someone who probably said that word in hate a LOT in his younger days. Since he was such good friends with the KKK and all.

Very good piece.

We've reached ("sank to" would be more apropos) a point, where the deep state is the governing body. biden might as well be an automaton or AI generated order taker at McDonalds. He is a hologram, to put it generously.

That's not just my loathing of an empty shirt showing through, but what we've seen over the past 4 years. You correctly point to the scripted nature of his governing existence. Contrary to what the masses have been mentally bribed to believe, biden has little to do with what is actually happening. He is the guy in Walmart posting the "Rollback" signs on shelves, after the real managers decide on the sales for the week.

The stonewalling we're seeing is the apparatus and it's apparatchiks protecting themselves. Again, as you well point out, if the curtain is ever pulled back fully (and this tape would be a big step in that direction) their reign would end. Trump would be swept in and the public would support the dismantling of ANY 3-letter agency he suggested. They would also support holding the second tier lapdogs accountable - looking at the member of the DOJ, house and senate.

While it's hard to herd cats, I keep thinking of the impact the following would have: All citizens who want this tape released should actively seek out and approach media figures, who're broadcasting and demand it. Especially minorities, since they're much harder to deride as racist white supremacists. If that started happening around the country, by the thousands, it would change the tone and narrative, not just in the media, but in the homes and offices of the everyday citizen.

Last thought.

This issue - while important - is just another shiny toy of the regime, being waved in front of the masses. It easily pales in comparison to the numerous other issues, that show both biden's ineptitude, incompetence and negligence and that the deep state truly administrates the actions, business and policies of this country.

Borders, economy, energy, foreign policy, strategic alliances, lawfare (which should truly scare the hell out of people), globalism pacts with international bureaucracies, transportation policy and it's subversion/terrorization, unaddressed criminal activity of all things intelligence related and surveillance state - any one of these issues, much less all of them, far surpass a 5 hour tape of a dementia riddle old man in showing the supremacy and installed authority of the deep state.

That being said, I do think it should be released, solely on the principle that we (the American people) own that tape. biden is our employee and as such, we are entitled to see the proof of his negligence, malfeasance and deception, where his mental state and health is concerned.
