One neat feature of Substack is authors can include text that ended up on the "cutting room floor" in the Reader Comments section. Here's an example:

It’s no coincidence the legacy press is rapidly dying - and is being further exposed as completely captured - while alternative media sites have never reached so many people or had more influence.

We also know where this type of indispensable contrarian writing is never found (and probably never will be) - at establishment or corporate “news" organizations.

The Great Awakening. I hope and pray that more will awaken. Deep down, many know something is not right, but they can't seem to figure it out.

A great post, thanks for the shout-out, and also very timely considering the recent push for more censorship (which I'm writing about as well). This is why I think it's time we start meeting in person and solidifying the community. I'm not sure if you caught this article from Friday, but you're definitely one of the people I was thinking of to start a local group!

Chris Bray has tossed it out there that his screamer’s start trying to find each other and meet up.

Sweet! I love that guy! We'll get him and his audience plugged in as well!!

This could become a huge thing! Many of us are out here almost by ourselves without much community. But 15 miles away someone might have an ally.

Exactly!!

Oh wait! It was you, not Chris Bray, right? Did I confuse you with him? I’m pretty sure I did! 😂😂😂😂😂

I believe you will have skeptics to the meet-ups. They would make the FBI/UN/DOD's round-ups a lot easier.

Other than sometimes tuning into the local channel weather forecast...absolutely no interest in reading or listening to the pap put out by the so called 'media'.

Real news, real insights, real and civil interactions here on Substack. Real and current news from Epoch and Just the News, CHD and others. Current commentaries from Brownstone I.

But I know first hand how many folks aren't un-tethered or unaware of the lies coming from the MSM in cohorts with the captured and beholden Federal agencies, tech and other elites. That is depressing.

Substack matters. How to get more than 35M listening, I'd like to help happen.

yeah, I figure at least the weather forecast isn't too much of a lie

It blows my mind that the weather segment would be like 50% truth and we used to joke about it must be nice to be wrong so much and still have a job. Now the weather segment is the most truthful part of their whole program. I won't watch unless I am forced, like in an airport.

I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said. I’ve written about how amazing Substack is as well in my post here:

And here:

I’m hopeful Substack will stay as open as they have so far because as mentioned they serve a VAST community of the “freedom” movement. Big names such as The Free Press as you mentioned are starting to pull in major journalists as well.

My hope is that we can all grow our audiences via Substack. However, if anything we’re too happen to it, we can take the audiences we’ve gained and continue to spread the message.

Hopefully that doesn’t happen anytime soon and we and Substack continue to grow as well

PS: yes Substack does offer other areas as well like music and art, but interested to see what market make up they make, in comparison to “alternative truth” stacks

This is going to sound very negative, but given the depth and breadth of censorship on the internet, it seems to me the Bad Guys have picked Substack as the one place where they won't censor, to make sure they can figure out who all the dissidents are and what they think, kind of a "all cats in one sack, then throw it in the river" idea.

Expand full comment

Similar thoughts have crossed my mind. But they might better be careful what they wish for, or hope to achieve. If you are going to censor, you better go all in.

Yes here on Substack, Medical Freedom activists by and large are PREACHING TO THE CHOIR. But is that really a bad thing? Psychologically and emotionally this is how we bolster one another. Listen to the new song PREACHING TO THE CHOIR.

Hi Bill. Great article, as usual.

Substack is indeed an indispensable tool in this day and age.

Collectively, its authors help to do what the mainstream media has failed to do in at least 3-4 decades.

We are now the Fourth Estate.

I have been worried for a while now that the power-that-ought-not be will attack and shutter Substack, particularly since it is located in San Francisco and is in the heart of Silicon Valley - which is a known breeding ground and operational center for the Deep State and corrupt intelligence agencies.

Let's pray for Divine Intervention to keep this truth tool alive and kicking!

God bless.
