I hope Isle of Man podcaster gets large audience
I enjoyed my 50-minute conversation with Richard Cox. You can tell some people are very smart … and much more articulate than you are.
Readers who enjoy podcasts might enjoy a podcast produced by Richard Cox of The Isle of Man.
Richard is the author of “Measuring the Mandates,” one of the most-impressive Covid documents I’ve read in the past 40 months.
Richard also produces a thought-provoking podcast called “The Deep State Consciousness.”
I was flattered to recently be Richard’s guest. We spent 52 minutes discussing not only Covid scandals, but our theories on why so many people went along with so many “false narratives.”
We discussed whether our side might be winning a few battles, a result that might save people when the next alleged pandemic comes along.
Covered topics (of course) included “early spread” and why I think this is the least-appreciated of the many Covid scandals.
However, we also spent a good bit of time discussing how we both reached the conclusion that “iatrogenic deaths” might be the biggest and most-shocking scandal of the last 40 months.
We talked about the carnage of WWI (and how millions of people were “duped” by their leaders 100 years ago); how our views on Covid topics evolved over time; how we battle despondency … and the effort now required to keep ourselves from holding our fellow human beings “in contempt” …. as well as a few “silver linings” of the pandemic.
We ended our conversation discussing the Censorship Industrial Complex and how RFK, Jr. seems to be succeeding in his effort to circumvent the “gatekeepers of the news.” (And how the MSM seems to be dying of suicide).
Is the “resistance” making a difference? In some ways it clearly is - which has no doubt already saved lives.
Richard stressed how important it will be in the future for skeptics to ask the right questions when our rulers hype the the next big bogus existential threat (be it a pandemic or Climate Change).
I don’t know how insightful I come across in this conversation, but I know Richard Cox is one of the more thoughtful and impressive commentators I’ve encountered in the last several years.
I recommend this podcast not to listen to my thoughts but to hear Richard’s articulate, mature and intelligent views.
Our side will ultimately prevail in this on-going battle … because our side has more people like Richard Cox.
Thanks for sharing as Richard deserves a larger audience (and -okay - I wouldn’t mind reaching a few more readers as well).

In our podcast conversation, Richard and I discuss the "placebo effect" vs. the "nocebo effect." (I hope I got the spelling of the latter term right).
The Placebo Effect makes some people think they've been "cured" by a medicine that hasn't done anything to help them.
In contrast, the Nocebo Effect, causes some people to panic and experience great stress (which isn't good for their mental and perhaps physical health) because they've been fed "misinformation" or "disinformation" about some allegedly deadly virus.
This can actually create the "symptoms" of the alleged disease. So when doctors prescribe some extreme medical protocol, the patient is more likely to go along with said treatment ("you HAVE to go on a ventilator, we have to give you this drug," etc). Also, doctors and nurses are more likely to think this patient has severe Covid because they are convinced these patients do and that they are manifesting some of the clinical traits of such patients.
So the false panic actually produces more "cases" ... and ultimately more "Covid deaths."
FWIW, I don't think this psychological dynamic has gotten nearly enough attention.
