Thank you to my readers
... For your paid subscriptions and for your kind and inspiring messages.
Due to the generosity of my Substack readers, our family’s gross annual income has increased by more than $2,575 in the last 72 hours!
In a couple of days, my readers - who didn’t have to do this - gave me a 37.5 percent Substack pay-raise.
I’m sure many well-known Substack authors don’t need the income from Substack to pay their bills, but I can report that many of us do. For some independent journalists, paid subscriptions - which are really just donations - might not be life-savers, but they are certainly stress relievers. So thank you very much!
But our payment doesn’t come only from monetary gifts. I’m also touched and inspired by the many nice comments paid subscribers pass along with their donations.
Here are a few of the comments I’ve recently received from new Substack paid subscribers and those who made ko-fi donations.
(I’d love to fill up a 3,000-word article with 800 more of these - and then pass these comments on to anyone who thinks Substack doesn’t matter or that Substack can be dismissed as a force for real journalism.)
As I keep writing, it’s really generous Substack readers and paid subscribers who make our writing possible.
“I'm finally subscribing because of the great research you've done, uncovering clear evidence that Covid was here in the fall of 2019. (I know I had it in Feb. 2020). Thanks for continuing to dig for the truth, Bill!”
***
"Thank you for your investigations!"
***
"Keep doing what you're doing, Bill. You're doing one hell of a good job, giving a voice to truth even if it's an unpopular thing to do by the people in charge.”
***
“The big entities are indeed all captured and corrupt. We need to fight them.”
***
“You are correct in your analysis and reporting. ‘We the People’ have been lied to, but it is by deceit and omission. I believe we can right the ship, but it will take hard work to get the message out to others who have been brainwashed. With God's help we can do it.”
***
"A good day to subscribe. May you get several thousand like me.”
***
“Keep on truckin’”
***
“I enjoy reading your very in-depth articles that get to the root of the issues. You are one of my favorite writers and are in good company with the others.”
***
"I noted your work, and delayed subscribing until I became convinced you were going to adhere to your principles, and that your principles were not in any way influenced by wokeness. In other words, I saw some fight in that dog - and not one iota of a desire to simply be liked.”
***
“Keep up the great work. I believe more and more people are waking up to the evil around us.”
***
“Great post as usual!”
***
“I believe you are correct about the smaller organizations not drinking the kool-aid. I am trying to buy products from people that don't despise us. It may be a hard slog, but evil will be beat by the good Lord. I don't know when, but I believe Christians are on the right side.”
***
“I read your reply to Alex Berenson’s post and linked to your Substack. Your info on early Covid cases and the implications captured my interest and here I am! Thank you!!”
***
“Thank you. I’d subscribe monthly but funds are limited at present.”
***
“Keep chipping away at the monsters.”
***
“… To keep you in coffee for the long haul.”

“Truth is a lion, let it out, and it will defend itself.” - The motto of one of my three new “Founding” subscribers.
UPDATE: Two more subscriber comments I just received - the first one cracks me up and the point made by the second paid subscriber, I’m going to develop into an article …
***
“You had me at Nathan’s Hot-dog-eating contest.”
***
“I’ve been reading you for awhile. My yearly Substack bill is huge already but you deserve to be added to it. Without Substack, it would be very hard to stay abreast of the truth.”

Thank you to my readers! We still have four more days to send a message that Substack subscribers are the key in this battle beween faux journalism and honest and brave journalism. If you have the means to do so, thank you very much for considering an upgrade to a paid subscription this week.
And this nice comment (with a $20 tip) came in just as I hit "send" on this article:
"Your compilations of small but significant deceptions that are all part of the ugly whole, are critical to snapping the sleepy out of their slumber. We ARE seeing a vast, organized evil and it is the coherence of many small deceptions that prove it."
I also appreciate all of my readers cutting me a little slack on all my typos. I just caught a glaring one 40 seconds after I posted this article. That's always when you find them.
I understand that real MSM journalists have layers of editors to proof copy - not us Substackers. (Also, I think by now most of those copy editors have been released from newspapers to save money).
