Re: Covid lawsuits, fines and possible reparations …
There’s far too many guilty defendants to start down this road to ‘justice.’ Real justice would break even the Magic Printing Press.
Karen Kingston posted a provocative article that illustrates Pfizer’s potential legal liability if just one jury decided the company engaged in deceptive trade practices that resulted in great harm to many of its customers.
According to Kingston, the fines that could be administered to Pfizer - in just the state of Texas - could total $350 billion.
Kingston’s article actually tells me why no Court judgment could ever punish the guilty parties who conspired to commit massive “Covid” frauds.
The verdicts, financial judgements and perhaps reparations would bankrupt not only the companies that marketed the unsafe Covid vaccines, they could also bankrupt entire governments and every company or organization which knowingly engaged in dangerous and liberty-eradicating frauds or "trade practices” that caused harm to many people.
And it occurs to me that the vaccine liability issue is just one of myriad scandals that could also bankrupt entire companies and governments.
Vaccine lawsuits are not the only cases that could
and should be filed by victims ….
To my knowledge, to date, no major lawsuits have been filed by victims harmed or killed by iatrogenic medical protocols pushed by public health organizations and universally endorsed by the prestigious medical associations.
If such judgements did ever begin to happen, this might, potentially, bankrupt and/or discredit all the major hospitals and healthcare organizations.
The social media and legacy media companies spent more than three years censoring honest and accurate reports from experts who were trying to point out the harm the authorized protocols would inflict on billions of people.
It’s now known that myriad government agencies conspired to coerce such censorship and even targeted specific citizens who were trying to tell life-saving truths.
That is, this massive censorship program opens up another avenue that could, potentially, result in massive numbers of civil and criminal judgments that would negatively affect social media companies, tech companies, legacy media companies and scores of agencies of governments.
Who couldn’t be sued?
It’s actually hard to think of an important organization or industry that couldn’t be sued or criminally prosecuted due to Covid policies or “trade practices” that harmed billions of people.
For example, how many college students - who faced no real health risk from Covid - were forced or coerced to get Covid vaccines they should have avoided?
How many students - from kindergarten through college - had to forgo in-class education for many months or years?
How many parents couldn’t go to their jobs because they had to stay home with their children because daycare was now not an option?
How many millions of healthy young military personnel, who also weren’t at risk of dying from Covid, were told they had to get yet another mandated vaccine?
How many companies made their employees get vaccinated? If they didn’t get vaccinated, these employees were fired. How many of these employees later suffered death or a serious, life-altering adverse event from these compulsory shots?
How many suffered mental health injuries and perhaps even took their own life or attempted to take their own life because of the stress caused by their employers’ mandates?
‘We were just following our government’s orders …’
Millions of potential defendants would no doubt argue they were simply acting based on the “guidance” issued by governments.
This defense would set the precedent that any company or organization was in its legal right to harm its employees (and many users of social media platforms) as long as they were acting on the advice and guidance of myriad alleged experts employed by various levels of government.
The defense might be: The Devil didn’t make us do this. The government made us do this.
Which might be true enough. So “the government” is/was really to blame.
Which prompts this awkward question: Can “the government” be held responsible for harming billions of citizens and “non-essential” businesses?
As history tells us, governments (sometimes) can be held responsible for carnage, misery and harm on an epic scale.
Typically this happens with war reparations (if your nation lost said war), but governments have also later provided compensation to victims of dangerous drugs and even vaccines. For example, some victims of the Tuskegee Syphilis Study were later compensated (if at a tiny level). So too were at least some citizens who got the dangerous and unnecessary Swine Flu “vaccine” in the late 1970s.
What if governments or citizens of the world held America responsible?
Here’s a question hardly anyone’s asked: What if the nations of the world banded together and decided the U.S. government (and/or China’s government) should pay reparations to the billions of citizens who were harmed by fraudulent Covid policies (or by the actual coronavirus)?
Couldn’t this ‘case’ be made against the U.S. government?
The definitive truth on key “Covid questions” will perhaps never be known, but if it were known, a random citizen in the world could/might reasonably conclude:
* Rogue actors working for the U.S. science and bio-defense agencies created the novel coronavirus in a lab (perhaps working in cahoots with Chinese scientists).
* These people then allowed this super contagious virus to “escape” from said lab (which might have been in Wuhan, but maybe wasn’t in Wuhan).
* They then covered up the fact this virus had escaped (and the location of where it escaped and when it escaped).
* They then told everyone this virus was very possibly the most deadly virus to ever be unleashed on the world (when it probably wasn’t any more deadly than the flu).
* They then imposed unprecedented lockdowns to prevent or slow “virus spread” (which some people must have known had had been spreading for many months).
They then created the unnecessary world panic over this allegedly super-deadly virus.
* They also mandated repeat testing with the government-approved (fraudulent) PCR test that was used to create all the requisite panic and then all the alleged “Covid deaths.”
* They then created the iatrogenic medical protocols, which caused the unnecessary deaths of hundreds of thousands or maybe millions of people.
* They outlawed easy and proven treatments that might have saved anyone who had real Covid and/or discontinued common medical treatments that would have saved many hospitalized people (for example, reducing the prescriptions for antibiotics).
* They attacked, sanctioned and cancelled anyone who disagreed with them.
* They caused (or accelerated) rampant inflation, which is the cruelest tax and will ultimately kill millions of people in the world.
* They shut down millions of small businesses and created policies that enriched mega companies that were allowed to remain open.
* They cancelled myriad events and activities and required billions of people to wear masks they didn’t need and mandated vaccine passports to travel or attend events.
Regarding possible deceptive trade practices which caused great harm to many people, illegal policies ensured citizens could not visit or “trade” with certain businesses (and websites).
They required billions of people to get an experimental, rushed, non-safe and non-effective non-vaccine.
Count up the potential lawsuits …
How many lawsuits could be filed to compensate all the victims who were harmed by any or all of the above?
If key people in key U.S. governmental organizations ultimately were directly or indirectly responsible for all of the above, should America’s government pay reparations to the billions of American and global citizens who suffered economic or health harm from all of the above?
If paying reparations is “fair” or “just,” how much would the U.S. (or state and local) governments have to pay in reparations? Does anyone’s calculator include enough zeros to depict this figure?
Would the public think that Pfizer or Moderna were the only guilty parties who should be made to pay some “fines?”
I hate to say it, but Villain No. 1 would be Uncle Sam
Any way you cut it, the U.S. government would be the main villain in any “true story” of what really happened and how and why our Covid “New Normal” became reality.
If the full and real truth was ever completely revealed, thousands of major corporations would be on the dock for huge civil judgments.
But it’s almost impossible to believe citizens around the world would not demand reparations from the government that played the most significant role in creating so many dubious narratives that produced so many real victims.
What we’d have is thousands of companies (and colleges) that would be discredited and perhaps have to file for bankruptcy.
Even with America’s “magic printing press,” the reparations - if paid - would send the national debt further into the stratosphere.
If paid by our Magic Printing Press, rampant inflation would become “hyper inflation,” which would send the world into the Mother of all Great Depressions, which would kill tens of millions of additional people.
You also couldn’t rule out serious secession efforts as how many citizens, recognizing how corrupt and evil all of their important organizations now are, would want to continue to be ruled by such “leaders” and organizations?
‘Justice’ is probably not possible …
For all the articles I’ve written arguing that the real villains should be held accountable and receive real justice, even I can see that “The Covid Truth” - ever revealed - might send the world into a dystopian nightmare.
It would probably take only a couple couple of successful lawsuits (and key discovery) to provide the catalyst that would lead to more judgements and more shocking revelations.
In short, we’re probably in the surreal place where the truth can’t ever be revealed. Too many key organizations would be criminally and civilly liable, starting with the U.S. government.
Furthermore, I think every organization which could be made to pay huge judgements knows how unlikely it is this will ever happen.
The scenario where a cascade of lawsuits brings down the entire corrupt house of cards won’t happen because this would/might destroy too many key organizations.
At the end of the day, the conspirators recruited enough early accomplices. This ensured all Bad Actors would hang together … If they didn’t do this, they might all hang together.
Pfizer is probably safe …
I’d bet my dwindling net worth the U.S. government won’t be forced to pay global reparations for its part in giving the world this “Scamdemic.” However, I am happy to read the state of Texas is trying to make Pfizer pay up to $350 billion in fines.
If nothing else, this might result in fewer Pfizer TV commercials airing in the future. Or, more likely, all those Pfizer commercials probably ensured nobody is going to make Pfizer pay any real meaningful fines (because no media “watchdog” organization will ever say that Pfizer products might be harming people).
Also, if Pfizer is tried for deceptive trade practices, won’t the company’s first defense be: “We were just doing what the U.S. government wanted us to do, or told us to do?”
That’s a pretty sad defense … but it would be true.
Perhaps minimal lawsuits, fines and reparations aren't in the cards. But our useless, moribund uniparty 'lawmakers' could at least get off their collective asses and right at least some wrongs.
Such as repeal of the 1997 "Direct-to-Consumer Advertising", such as a complete restructuring, if not outright abolishment of the CDC, FDA, NIH (HHS basically)...and a few other choice three letter agencies while they are at it.
And I'd still hope to see that shitweasel Fauci lose his pension.
You may be right, Bill. But for so many reasons in the interest of justice I hope you're not. That said, when I first began researching the field of Behavioral Science as the evidence of "nudging" became too great to ignore I came across the guidelines of ethical applied behavioral psychology that included cautions that lend credibility to your assessment. Pre-2020 guidelines on ethical emergency government behavioral psychology campaigns stated that they must remain rooted in truth, be adjusted as good news comes in. They said that while "nudging" that retained individual consent was the least problematic, that as the degrees of coercion and manipulation were escalated to "shoves" and "slaps" that penalized noncompliance the risk to governments relying on deception would grow. The guidelines cautioned that compulsory behavioral changes being deceptively coerced and manipulated into widespread compliance would likely produce "backfire" and "blowback" responses to authorities as the sacrifices demanded became more intrusive and real hardships were imposed. The guidelines went on to say that if the public were to learn that they had suffered real hardships and harms resulting from intentionally deceptive behavioral psychology campaigns given the force of law that the reaction could destabilize entire governments.
People really don't like being lied into hurting themselves by their own governments. It's why so many don't want to hear it, see it. Because if it becomes undeniable then they'll be compelled to act against their governments. The guidelines said, actually said, that for that reason they if they choose to implement a heavy-handed behavioral science psychological deception campaign they must take every effort to ensure the truth doesn't come to light if they wish to preserve their government's stability. Which is why the censorship campaign exists. In many respects they can claim that they must censor the lies for national security reasons. Thing is, it's not the nation's security that needs protecting. It's the nation's *leaders* who need protection from an angry populace. These leaders conflate themselves as the nation. When the truth is the nation is fine, they are bad leaders who need to face the consequences of deploying an ill-advised behavioral science psychological deception campaign against the counsel found in the practice's own guidelines. They blew right through the safety barriers designed to protect the nation from bad leaders. Either out of arrogance or to intentionally change the contract between free people and their government; they knew better, but did it anyways.
If there were a way to hold them accountable the guillotines in the streets would be justified. But how that type of justice could be meted out without it becoming a French Revolution Reign of Terror would be the challenge. The on/off switches for the passions of an angry populace aren't very reliable.
