I have a little to add -- straight from the capturers themselves:

https://ibb.co/0Db7CY3

This comes from page 179 of this document: https://www.judicialwatch.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/JW-v-HHS-COVID-Community-Corps-September-2021-02315.pdf, which goes on to explain how to capture each of the 7 major sections.

Example:

Digital and Social: Engaging moms online.

• Enlist mom influencers to expand reach and impact with parents:Partner with influencer communities to drive awareness and peer-topeer conversation Provide HCP voices to dispel myths and promote value, safety, and efficacythrough community events and online platforms (podcasts, Facebook + lnstagram live, etc. )Provide influencers and moms with social tools to share their vaccination stories and drive social norms.

The Euro version is here: https://iris.who.int/bitstream/handle/10665/352029/WHO-EURO-2022-3471-43230-60590-eng.pdf?isAllowed=y&sequence=1 and I bet we'd find the same sort of discussion in there (because I've already read it.)

Identify key audiences

Knowing who the key audiences are allows for messages and actions to be tailored to the specific needs, concerns and fears of different population groups or stakeholders (Table 3). At the onset of a vaccine crisis, public opinion on vaccination (or a specific vaccine) should be rapidly assessed (for

more information see 2.3. Monitor public opinion and the media). To ensure that your messages reach the right audience, you can group target audiences into separate categories depending on their level of influence and how affected they may bee by the crisis (Table 3).

Bill I have to keep my article comments closed because I am so heavily infiltrated by people who derail my articles. Not just good arguments/disagreements, but violence and things that put me at risk of being shut down as well concern trolls. Institutional capture filters out to societal capture.

Look at this: https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/moderna-artificial-intelligence-anti-vaccine-narratives/

Moderna's global intelligence division, led by a former FBI agent, monitors 150 million websites across the world for vaccine-related conversations using artificial intelligence. The department works with the Public Good Projects (PGP), a pharma-funded nonprofit, and Talkwalker, a "social listening" company, to suppress dissenting voices on COVID-19 vaccine policy, according to a report by investigative journalists Lee Fang and Jack Poulson published in UnHerd

After I published the Australian vaccine contracts my life was upended. 'Institutions' are no longer brick-and-mortar.

o/t but I saw this article and remembered your story of the kids who are afraid of school. It's finally coming out what was done to us and how people are suffering. I feel like this often - the brutality of the Australian government against the unvaccinated was next level, and they are certainly not done with us. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12792247/Covid-lockdowns-schoolchildren-anxious.html

The left, who went HARD on the lockdowns are saying it's because of 'inadequate funding to schools.' They will never admit it.
